With experience from entry-level to leadership roles, Matt oversees kitchen efficiency by developing manuals, temperature logs, menus, and operational procedures. He travels to contract locations for start-up, operations, and shut-down, assisting with cooking, cleaning, employee training, and military coordination. His hands-on background in food production, safety, and management allows him to optimize workflows and standardize operations.
